1. Offer available at participating Kia dealers on in-stock new and demonstrator Kia Carnival, Sorento and Sportage diesel models purchased and delivered between 01/09/2026 and 31/10/2026. Petrol and hybrid models not included. While stocks last. Pursuant to the offer, each eligible vehicle will receive its first five standard scheduled services on a complimentary basis, subject to the terms and conditions of the offer.

2. The vehicles that are eligible for the offer are listed below.
Sportage: S Diesel Auto AWD, SX Diesel Auto AWD, SX+ Diesel Auto AWD, GT-Line Diesel Auto AWD
Sorento: S Diesel, Sport Diesel, Sport+ Diesel, GT-Line Diesel

3. The offer covers the capped price of the vehicle’s first five standard scheduled services only. The offer does not cover the cost of any of the following:
a. additional maintenance or repair for wear and tear to items including, but not limited to, tyres, brake pads, bulbs and drive belts;
b. fluid top ups or other items required between scheduled services;
c. items that require replacement or repair due to excess wear and tear, misuse or a lack of maintenance as described in the Owner’s Manual for the vehicle;
d. supplementary maintenance services (which will vary depending on the use of the vehicle) such as the conditions listed in the “Maintenance Under Severe Usage Conditions” in the Owner’s Manual for the vehicle; and
e. additional maintenance and repairs to suit particular driving conditions.

4. The five free scheduled services must be carried out at an authorised Kia dealer in accordance with the applicable time and kilometre (whichever occurs first) scheduled maintenance requirements, as set out in the Owner’s Manual for the vehicle.

5. The offer is assigned to the vehicle and not the owner. The offer is transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle but cannot be transferred to another vehicle.

6. The offer is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. No refunds or discounts will be issued if any free scheduled services are missed or not claimed.

7. The offer is available to private and business buyers only. It is not available to fleet, government or rental buyers or in conjunction with other offers unless stated otherwise.

Figures based on WLTP (Worldwide Harmonised Light-Duty Vehicles Test Procedure) static laboratory combined average city and highway cycle test, which measure energy consumption, range and emissions in passenger vehicles, designed to provide figures closer to real-world driving behaviour. Real life driving results will vary depending on a combination of driving style, type of journey, vehicle configuration, battery age and condition, use of vehicle features (such as heating and air conditioning), as well as operating, environmental and climate conditions.

Kia Connect is a connected car service, providing customers with remote vehicle control, vehicle status monitoring, vehicle tracking and more. Enjoy Complimentary Kia Connect Services from the vehicle’s warranty start date for a 7-year period. The warranty period does not restart on transfer of vehicle ownership.
